And of course I spent 2 hours this morning doing this and getting excited for no good reason. So frustrated and annoyed now. It was supposed to be at the local track, I'm assuming the guy who runs the track got more money for someone else to use it Sunday. That's how he works. Maybe the worst ran track in America.

Almost sounds like one of the tracks near me... Cancelled the night before two weekends in a row and now rescheduled for this weekend, though no one can get any confirmation. Fucking redneck roundy-round amateurs.

My buddy was scheduled to do a racing school put on by the track the Saturday before, but they contacted him the other day saying there’s a private school on Saturday now but he could do the one on Friday. He informed him that wouldn’t work since it was too much short notice to take the day off from work.
They also never have open track days. It's basically the guy who runs the track and his rich friends. The main reason the track got built was the promise of helping the small-town it's in, but it hasn't done jack shit.

Very frustrating. Happened to me two weeks ago. I had just bought Snow tires (which are allowed for stock class Rally-X) to race that following weekend. Well it was canceled and i drove out to the track with out knowing. Absolutely nothing on the website about it or even the forum that they have a link too on the site. So i was driving around for 20 minutes looking for the event and finally i gave up and left. Come to find out they have a FB page that they use instead of the forum. No links to it or mention on the site and they wonder why no one comes to the events....
